How is the scout rifle anyways? Good range? Hits hard? Very Stable? Or is it trash?

Some folk seem to think it's trash, but personally I love it. It got me through half the new raid with no problems, and as long as you are adept at nailing enemies in the head, it is a beast. Actually great for the raid because ammo efficiency is important.
