Go to scorch of winter mission, pop three (3 of coins) when you get to the kell boss at the end, kill him and yourself at the same time with rocket launcher. Get lots of exotics.

That's a waste of two coins. It doesn't stack that way. You pop one, Kill boss if you don't get an exotic drop the next time you pop a 3 of coins and kill an ultra you get an even bigger chance. Usually by the 4th or 5th one you get one to drop. Sometimes less.
