The only video games it has that are good are the RTS ones, but I don't see how you can miss 40k. It's arguably one of the most successful wargames ever.
edit: ohkay nvm, we're talking about strictly video games, my bad.

I thought 40k was very fantasy based.

Mmmmh... There's some fantastical elements in it, that's for sure. I'd say that it's somewhat like how Destiny is trying to be - a flat balance between sci-fi and fantasy.
