It's not bungie fault it's ms policy and verification process. Who care the emotes are a novelty and the exotic class item don't have the wear more then one exotic perk and are capped at y1 stats.....
It's a waste of 5$ let alone 20.
I mean really what are you getting out of it. Something you will wear use a handful of times then run on to the next thing. Who give a care about the ce items waste of cash.
