Oh ok ibget it now. I'm on ps and didn't had this problem. Its an Xbox issue I guess?

must be, my gf has the same problem too. we are a bit pissed to say the least. i want to get it. in the meantime, it seems there really isn't much to do on this game without ttk.... shame

Can't you buy it on a gamestop or something? I'm guessing you are American and have access to stores like gamestop and the like.
