This girl and me use to hang out a lot 2 years ago and I mean A LOT like everyday. She use to always talk about other guys and sexual things but with other guys/girls and after a year we stopped talking for a bit just because we didn't see each other a lot and were always busy. Now 6-8 months later we start talking a bit over Skype (she went to US for school, I'm in Canada still) and then this summer she was back here so we met up with another friend and talked and had fun as friends would. One day I was at my friends and I skyped her when shes at her friends and she says I love you and me being me said it back and the next time we hung out we both said it again. (I kinda like her but I'm confused if she's being a friend or likes me or friend zone) and we don't talk a lot or see each other much and now a couple weeks later she messaged me on Skype wanting to call but I was busy at work so I said sorry I work a lot now :/ and then she said: Ok. I love you <3 <3 Now do I say it back? What does she mean by it? EDIT 1: I asked her if she ment it as a friend or not and she said I'm her best friend so I decided to stay friends with her. EDIT 2: So after about a week after the first edit took place I was at my friends house listening to music chillin when she Skype calls me and since we're friends I wanted to talk to her, so I answer the call and shes just wearing her bra and panties and teases me and "accidentally" shows her nipple and it kept going on for an hour I just talked a bit but was mostly shocked and honestly couldn't take my eyes off the screen she's REALLY hot. My friend didn't notice till after she had to go and I told him. After we talked like normal but I still don't know what to do. EDIT 3: I recently started snapchatting and of course she ends up sending me some very seductive snaps. Since she said she loves me like a friend I'm very confused any ideas ???? I'm honestly lost. EDIT 4: So last night I Skyped her again and she was just wearing bras and panties. We talked like normal but she could tell i was staring and she kept teasing and showing her body off. I still don't know what to do, I think she might want to be fwb but I'm unsure plus I'd rather date but if she doesn't and keeps this up I don't know what to do.
