Same problem here. I think there has been some serious mis-leading information posted on which package receives the additional content. I'm a year 1 player, have paid for every DLC, bought the legendary edition expecting to receive the emotes, class items, and euros items (everyone that pre-ordered the $60 Taken King was supposed to get). The Playstation store should not have the Legendary listed for players that have already bought everything, as obviously thousands of players bought the legendary edition under the presumption that it would include the additional content. Pretty damn pissed.
