Yeah i just completed the same quest 20 minutes ago an did not receive my marks either i sent a message to someone from bungie but i doubt if they will respond or give me my marks very disappointed i put a lot of time into that quest smh.

You can only get a maximum of 10 marks from missions per day only other way to recive them is from strikes
