Well Xbox 360 version will only work on the account that you bought it so the already broke the terms of service

To access the $40 version of the download you have to have previously owned the expansion pass and both expansions 1&2 Then you go to Mars click on the Phobos mission you will be prompt to purchase one of the 3 options. You then click the middle one which is TTK standalone this option will only appear if you already own the expansion pass.
