I didn't even get the suros pack and I have proof of my collectors edition

Actually I found mine it was on the receipt but ud think the manager of the store would tell u that

I ordered mine from a website and they just say all the Stuff is inside the package but the suros code is missing and there is nothing on the reciept ... And bungie just ignores me :/

Need to download the Suros pack either through a redeemable code given with your physical copy, or in the abundance of files with digital copies.

Made sure the pack is installed? Should be an emblem and shader available.

Neither are available to me I pre ordered physical collectors edition and I got none of the suros stuff

Yes within my collectors edition I found 1 redeemable code, on it was none of the suros stuff

Talk to your retailer then. Their issue.

It cant be the retailers issue when everyone bought them from various places and NONE of them work. I put in my code frim Amazon (ordered physical edition) and literally nothing happened.

Well he did say he got a redeemable code but it didn't have Suros stuff on it. So it was another code he needed.
