There is no way of doing what your asking. If you ordered a game from a retailer and they have not delivered it yet, you have to contact the retailer.

i have done but im asking bungie , who can see i have bought it , to enable me access till i get my bloody box. I preordered the game at the start of June. I bought the original and tkk collectors editions. So why should i have to suffer all day and pretty much be punished because game can not send things properly? So im asking Bungie if they can somehow help me until the bloody box finally gets here. All day i kept for this and all day is wasted. And Bungie could enable me access temporily. i have proof i have paid for the collectors edition. I just have no access to it.

bungie could make my character pink with yellow pokadots if they so wished. You have no idea what they can and cant do. And more importantly there is no harm in asking rather then be sitting here demoralised. There is a lot more that they can do than you might think. If they do or not is up to them. Im sure if you were in my situation the least you could do would be to ask them. Thank you for being sorry. Appreciate it ..
