Did not receive Collectors Edition Content
Hi there. I recently preordered the Taken King Collectors edition (digital) for PS4 however today I logged in to check and see if the rewards were applied to my account and unfortunately the were not available for pick up.
I initially purchased destiny in disc form but TTK was purchased digitally. Do i have to reinstall the digital game to get the collectors edition content and uninstall the previous instance of Destiny with the xpacks?
Just a bit worried since i haven't seen anyone else with this problem post it here.

Do you all still have access to TTK content and just never received the collectors edition items? Anyone else try the above mentioned reinstall?

I have the same problem and I'm on the Xbox One. It's affecting both platforms.

1 ReplyI'm honestly thinking i need to redownload the game from PSN and uninstall the previous instance. I'll try this this evening but i was hoping for a reply from someone that may have solved this issue or tried it themselves. I wasn't one of the lucky ones to receive the exotic class items and shaders before everyone else.

Having the same issue, PS4 as well. Purchased all of Destiny plus both expansions and TTK in the TTK Digital Collectors Edition and having the same issue.
