But unfortunately there making majority of the game The Taken King required, so I can't even play Crucible till my friend can get it on Christmas... I personally think that everyone has the right to reach lvl 40 & have access to Nightfall/Crucible, BUT NO THEY BLOCK OFF EVERYBODY WHO CAN'T GET THE TAKEN KING FROM THE REST OF THE GAME!!! And I thought the demo was bullshit because it was the same exact way, where you can only go to a set lvl, can't access Crucible, and can't go to certain locations. That is what I'm comparing this to now just to prove my point. And if you think I'm just making this up... I'm not. I have played the demo and in my opinion, it sucked. Also I looked at The Taken King update (which is in the home screen) and it says you need Taken King to play Crucible, do Nightfall, and just do a lot of the end game itself. Sure we have PoE, VoG, and Crota, but that stuff is repetitive. So in my personal opinion everybody should have access to Crucible/Nightfall & lvl 40.

Completely agree. I got angry when I logged on this morning and found out I couldn't play a lot of content that I play on the daily. I won't buy the Taken King until the DLC is valued at $20. I have the House of Wolves, and I don't care for The Dark Below. I'm not paying money for shit I already have, and no DLC is worth $40. Most games you can purchase are priced at the standard $40. For those who don't have the Taken King, you can play Crucible on classic mode.
