my moment of triumph chest count was reset!!!!

I got all 20 chests with all three characters and mine reset as well. So its not just a bug pertaining to completing it half and half with characters. They probably will just give "everyone who attempted" the emblem as a apology.

I have the same problem. I had this thing done for a awhile. I still have the jade emblem but for some reason the gold chests reset. I didn't delete any character or anything.

same here I seen a bunch of my friends had it and it said 0/20 chests on mine and my chance had become dust and echoes for year one wtf!!

Yea same problem guys, I did not delete any of my characters and yesterday September 14 my status was completed with the gold symbol. As soon as taken king launched I noticed many fellow guardians wearing their triumph emblem, so I figured hey when and where do I get mine? I looked all over the tower, and restarted my Xbox a few times and nothing then I go and check the moment of triumph and now I am missing ALL 20 chest, this is ridiculous, took away from the whole TTK launch experience.. Plz give us a reply back bungie!!!
