Hopefully this will be available on PS4, right now There is only a 60 dollar TTK and Digital CE upgrade bundle. No standalone CE upgrade for 20 bucks...

You should try searching for the wording I listed above as it did not pop up with 'Destiny' or 'TTK' for me.
