Okay so yes i was right you need a lvl30 character and up and have played expansion 1 and 2 meaning owning it and doing the content from them.

It's certain challenges to be done before TTK drops it's for an emblem, and if I'm correct you need a lvl30 and up character to qualify for vip rewards but I'll check up on it.

Do you have a level 30 guardian If not I think you will miss out if the dlc haven't been linked to your account

I have a lvl 28 from vanilla. It seems if I get him to 30 before tonight I'll be okay. is that even doable?

You could do that in about 10 mins but it won't help it needed to be done before August 31st

i believe that's correct. level 30 by August 31st, or have both expansions installed by August 31st, along with TTK played by 2/1/2016.
