But that is weird, i mean, an useless perk now. You activate and deactivate the perk and nothing changes. Unless in my situation.

It's a useless perk on corrective measure if you have boots with hold more heavy. Before the patch field scout gave you 100 in clip and 301 in reserve. Now with it on with boots you only get 58 in clip but still 301 in reserve.
