How much wire materials did it take roughly to level up your faction??

You have to donate, IIRC, 25 at a time, but you get a fairly nice chunk of rep when you do. I think it would take 150 or 200 to buy a level outright. I was already close to the new level, so it wasn't too expensive for me.
