Yes. Go to the Moon The rotations is as follows... Archers Line, Anchor of Light, Hellmouth, Archers Line, Anchor of Light, Hellmouth, etc. Use destinypublicevents.com to find your starting area (Archers Line, Anchor of Ligh or Hellmouth), and start from there. You should get 10 Events done every hour. However it feels like a lifetime doing them. Bring your best weapons because the Kill the Target at the Hellmouth are bullet sponges and glitch out and teleport from time to time. Maybe use a Warlock for self rez because they can wreck you especially with other ads in the area and they can move fairly quick and you don't want to be respawning the other side of the Hellmouth.

I only play on the weekends and i got it in... using the public event timer really helps (:

I believe so. Get a group of 3 together and camp 3 public locations on a planet. Then tell the others in your party when one happens.

Also there is an app that you can track public events so you can grind using that
