Thats spot its at it a unreleased dlc area it looks just like the starting spot but its not. They could have put maping to close togeather and chose not to scrap it.

No it's not, me and my friend got it from the mission this morning. No need to glitch.

Its the starting spot i got it this morning. Started black garden from my checkpoint ran back and got it then sat for 10 showing other guardians who came through the portal
