They have magazine issues across the board. If a weapon has a perk of casket mag or high capacity mags the magazine hold capacity does not increase. The magazine quantity stays the same if you pick the perk or leave it standard. It is a failure to address the issue with the perks a weapon has. They just release the next DLC, then maybe will fix whatever. Been like this since this game was new.
