Do the DLC's build on one another? Or just the main story?
I ask because I did the main story, but haven't played any of the DLC's. I am not sure if I play the latest DLC first if I'm going to be confused because I didn't play the other two.

The only DLC that builds on the the MAIN story is Trespasser (and is very much relevant to the future of dragon age!!) The Decent gave more information about the deep roads and titans and dwarves and such. It was neat. Not very big though. I honestly didn't really play Jaws of Hakkon very much lol. I 100000% recommend Trespasser if you liked inquisition. It's only $15 and way way way way worth it!
Lol sorry for the long reply, I'm just on a big DA hype after playing the dlc!
Oh no worries about the long reply, it was very much worth the time to read. Thank you.

No, the other 2 dlcs are independent. They do not correlate with tresspasser. When the next game comes around they will like play some importance, as is the usual case. Each one gave us a deeper delve into certain aspects of the game. So you might miss out a little bit or not understand something in the next game. But for inquisition, you can skip it.
