Do the Sepkis strike on Earth. Instead of going forward go to the Steppes, the spawn point for patrol and take out the Ultras in the underground. Rejoin your group and finish the strike.

I'd also suggest wearing the A-Symbiote helm(if you have it) and going to Divide.(A group of Vandals with one Reaver always spawns every few minutes. Switch perk to Combustion and all you'll have left after 5-8 minutes is the strike.

Not a prob. I was pretty much halfway done with the strike before my modem failed out on me. :[ Still have to finish with it.
