Black Hammer is still really great against anything that staggers. Even enemies that don't, you can still run an excellent stream of damage. The old version was fun, but amazingly broken if you used it well.
Haven't done Vault with the Ice Breaker changes, but that's the only place I'm really worries about it.

You know. The oracles may be why icebreaker got the nerf.

Big piece, I'm sure. The trick might still work, though, as long as you limit who shoots which Oracle - a coordination challenge, basically.

Good, harder to just cheese it from up above. Also, it's not much of a nerf: 7 seconds instead of 5, it's really not that bad.

No its not. The nerf to blackhammer was way worse.
