Not at all. Excluding someone based on empirical merit is not the same as exclusion based random chance. Without what i speak of, sports would have no difference between leagues.

Well before you try excluding people from your PVE activities, you might want to raise your PVE k/d ratio a bit. Yours is one of the worst I've seen from someone saying he doesn't want to play with people who don't have an emblem.
