Competitive Private Matches should be added!
I'm okay with the Mayhem, it's so funny to use supers every 30-40 seconds. But... what about having a mode with NO supers at all, limited grenades (only 1-2 per round, depending of gear if using i.e: Armamentarium), no revives, 5 vs 5, no radar like in INFERNO Mode.. and the most important, PRIVATE MATCHES....
Imagine how good it would be to have Destiny tournaments around the world like any other competitive game, CEVO, ESWC, CPL, WCG, etc... take it to a deeper level.
Who cares about gaining EXP inside that mode? Just remove any bounty, EXP gain when playing Private Match, you're not able to do bounties or weapon stuff during the matches. Done, resolved.
BUMP THIS (Like) so we get to the Community Managers... Destiny needs this, we need this.

i know me and all my friends have been waiting for private matches...sometimes we want to play with just us and not a whole bunch of randoms.. So since we cant on destiny we get on halo and do it...sad when u have to get on another game just to play private matches. Bungie plz add private matches!

I would simply like custom games. I like to wander around the PvP maps and learn them without the pressure of getting shot gunned while I look in dark corners of the maps.

1 ReplyHow many competitive players are there ? Tiny amount compared with player base ? No one cares part from them. I appreciate it should be an option , but it shouldn't be a priority . Destiny 2 will be when it comes IMO.

I don't think they should be competitive. There's nothing really competitive about a private match. You could boost your overall stats if it was considered competitive.

You're gonna want to reduce or *gasp* even remove heavy ammo? How is the average Joe supposed to get kills in this elitist game mode? You're asking for people to have skill in order to be successful in Crucible. What about the people with kids and families? After all, we all know that anybody who is skilled at this game is just some guy with no friends and no job living in his mom's basement while everybody else on the forums is jet-setting with supermodels on each arm.
