Hello,
The Taken King only download will be available by September 15th on Xbox 360. It may not actually be purchasable until launch day.
If you are concerned about early access to the weapon packs, note that all day 1 Taken King players will have access to those.

Alright thank you, I have another question do you know the time I would be able to start downloading it from the Xbox store?

Well, The Taken King launches at 2am PDT, so it could be available by that time or until Xbox updates the store.

But if u have a Xbox one u will have to buy another dlc pack if u want to play on it cause TTK won't carry over
