If he really cheated go on your team list find his name then highlight his name, you will see the option to report this player it will give u a list of what to report him for

I get that next time just report him before you leave. Never leave a match like that. You can get in trouble as well; that's how players got restrictions on too besides lagging

Wasn't sure if he was one and didn't want to give him unnecessary trouble. Never actually encountered this before either.

I been though this nightmare before. I just report and finish up the match then leave matchmaking. Trust me Bungie will take care of it. They even emailed me a thank you note for trying to make Destiny a better place
