Was there any dialogue involved from ghost or anyone in game? I haven't come upon this yet

The trick we figured out is you need to do around 6 bounties before it will pop up. I think we did 7 on Mars before it happened, but he'll get an unknown bounty from an unknown source.

The Ghost had some dialoge... I'm waiting on my clanmate to post his stream footage cause I don't remember the exact words. We tested it and you have to complete at least 6 patrol missions to kick it off. Your ghost will say He's receiving a message he can't decipher
