Well, if the US is willing to pay hundreds of millions -- billions when you include the TOWs/unannounced lethal aid -- to assist in destroying Syria, it should be willing to help alleviate some of the damage. Particularly given that a wonderful friend of mine is a refugee from Hama, I'm inclined to support US lending [i]real[/i] assistance in addition to the lethal aid we provide rebel factions fighting Mr. Assad.

I absolutely support destroying Syria and making it safe for them to return. Otherwise, Europe will be a catastrophe pretty soon.
