I'm having the exact same problem with my warlock now...I finished my bounty days before the update and now the speaker is perpetually congratulating me and there is no reward to be had. Any luck finding out what's going on?

Ive heard nothing and now i have another quest to talk to the speaker but i cant do that until the thorn bounty is finished
