If you read the patch notes it'll tell you that they nerfed the field scout/extended mag perks.

And I haven't read anything about the decreased magazine size in either of these specific weapons or their class (Sniper Rifle/Machine Gun)

It is very confusing and pointless. I hope Bungie fixes this or.. I don't know.. Change out the perk for something that may be useful if they don't want to give out increased clip size perks.

I think it was stupid to even touch it anyways. Like I mean if your gonna do that at least replace it with something better or manageable.
