I Pre-Ordered TTK Digital CE for both the PS3 and PS4 in July and I didn't receive anything today...
[i]Very Upset here... I Pre-Ordered The Taken King Digital Collector's Edition for both the PS3 and PS4 in July. Costed me around[/i] $160 [i]and I didn't receive any exclusive packages or exotic class items today. I hope they fix this and supply me with my rightful items. I was really looking forward to getting the new items today. I pray that Bungie will resolve this and work toward fixing this issue. Guardians are disappointed Bungie. We need your help.[/i]

1 Replyhey so I discovered something, I just had to update my payment information earlier because I got a new bank card, after I updated my payment information I got the items in the postmaster. Haven't checked on other stuff yet, but I'm thinking the issue might be that you need to update payment information because they didn't ACTUALLY charge you for TTK until this most recent patch.

1 Replyyou're ahead of the majority - you got the updates completed. i've been booted half a dozen times - right now i'm at 23+ hours left... but im' sure it will fail again, leaving me to restart yet another time. hope you get your items; hope the rest of us get our updates.

i purchased the 80 dollar physical collectors version as well but unfortunately im 10 hours into this stupid -blam!-ing download and its still not done. i was never given a code on my receipt from gamestop so im pretty sure the loyal customers and fans of this game who didnt bitch about what they were or were not going to get or how much they paid are getting the dick. thanks bungie
