Because your timing with radiance is shit thats why.. Why would you self res when three people are staring at you with shotguns.. Timing is key

Real Sunsingers don't Self Res in Crucible. Also If you do it's pretty useless because you get notified whenever someone SelfRes, why aren't we told when the other Supers are used? Why only SelfRes? We don't have the element of surprise that we definitely should have.

Then youre not using the sun singer right then.. If youre using the radiance for the armor boost then just sit back and chuck your firebolt grenades. Youre the only super who actually gains that much discipline increase
