I'm CST too, so according to a Gamepur article: "Destiny Patch 2.0 will launch worldwide on September 8, 2015 (i.e. today). Deej, Bungie's Community Manager for Destiny, has revealed on Twitter the exact timing for the release of Destiny Patch 2.0. According to details shared by Deej, Destiny Patch 2.0 will drop around 10AM-12PM PST tomorrow." That is 12-2pm for us.
