They already banned a bunch of people who exploited the MTU. Not sure if you have been paying attention to News at all. Continue to report people who are hard to damage, for cheating and bad connection.

They may have banned/suspended a large number of accounts, but the Suspensions have already concluded, and a ban is only a minor roadblock. A new account, and voila, the playground is open again. I use the report feature quite often. I could be wrong, but that's not my problem, I'll let Bungie figure it out. I just know that if there's something going on in my Crucible match, I'm reporting the player with the worst connection. Who 9 times out of 10 is sitting on top of the scoreboard. Go figure.
