They should be auto completed. After 2.0, I THINK the cypher will be gone and rather you can get each weapon from the exotic chest itself.

Yeah I read that they are removing them, that's why I rushed to grab my lost one and now I just have to wait for it and complete the other, hopefully it won't be to much of a hassle. If I can't, I hope they auto complete so I can get my weapons.
