The problem isn't waiting for 8 seconds. It's why Bungie decided to nerf it out of the blue when it is clearly not involved of any cries for one. I wouldn't be opposed to this IF they added that each special ammo grants one shot to the ice breaker. At least the wait for 8 seconds isn't too much.
