It was not with The Red Bull site. The problem occurred on Bungie.net with redeeming and claiming the rewards for the codes

I got it working! My internet was acting strange and nothing was functioning normally. Now I fixed it and the codes say they went through! Thank you for your help!

The message is stating the code has been used. Only Red bull handles the codes as it is their promotion. You have to contact them with all issues redeeming the codes.
