Uncharted, killzone, halo, forza, fable, gran turismo, gears of war and, of course, the multiplats like those you mentioned.
Basically new gen should have new franchises. I have lost interest in playing the same games with the same mechanics again and again.
Most awaited games for me are games like horizon, nms and dreams, plus virtual reality games.

Agreed, while I like Halo and I love Gears. I am most excited for Quantum Break, Scalebound, and more info on Recore

I don't understand the Forza and GT mentions. These games aren't meant to die off. These are mainline racing franchises. GT is likely one of the most successful franchises in history.

Honestly, the only stuff people expect from these are better graphics, physics, more cars and tracks. Speaking of new things, Forza still doesn't have a dynamic day/night, weather system.

I liked the whole challenge thing in Driveclub; both challenging friends and the random challenges during races like drifts etc.
