Im fine with this, so long as they don't remove the POE. I don't have any of the Elder Cipher weapons yet and I want them so much

Prison of Elders will still stay, though the Elder Cipher has been dropped and instead you will receive the resulting weapons from the large chest in said Prison.

But how will we open the chest if we cant get keys anymore?

The only thing they confirmed are 'Taken' away is the wolf packs. You can still get keys from the two side chests in PoE. If they revamp Petra's quests, then possibly there as well.

Cool. Now can you just get them from 34 or can you get them from the 28 or 32?

I hope you can get them from 28. It's the most fun and has matchmaking, so it works well with my schedule.
