Shoulder charge is garbo 80% of the time anyways. You die by a shotty before in range or miss entirely. Also whoever would use it over unstoppable is dumb. FoH tears are so much better.

No one hit melee, there's an ability that one hits if you manage to get close enough, but no melee.

Watch the video. They did a melee round and the sunsinger was winning easily

If a titan shoulder charges you, no reason to get butt hurt about the ability...the titan, warlock, or hunter could have done the same thing more effectively with a shotgun.
