Is the Bungie Code of Conduct, and by extension, its rule set, what you would consider adequte by internet forum standards?
For a reference to past rules, and how they affected the online landscape of this site, here's an example from the pre-Destiny website:
The Flood Forum (Circa 2011)
Do keep in mind that the forum layout has changed, and the userbase has exploded, since the times of those rules. However, do you think what we have in place now is sufficient? Do we need stricter guidelines? Do we need more lenient rules? What's your input?
A couple of my personal thoughts that I haven't answered myself yet.
Did the period of darkness, with years of low activity, skew our perspective of what kind of activity happened on this site? Things were slow, much slower than desired, but that allowed for much broader understanding of the state of the community and more precise moderation (presumably, I was not a moderator then).

Should there be "official" direct encouragement of positive activity, not just punishing/removing negative activity? What existing groups should do that? Should a new group do that? How?

In what ways can the staff and community encourage the use of the under utilized report tool?
Beyond these, I'm always curious to read the new and creative views the community has. Would love to see some new faces join the discussion.
