    Looking at your history, you started complaining and trying to contact them on 30-Aug. So a couple days ago. You've SEEN how many posts get put up there in the Help section and you're throwing a full blown fit because in ~ 72 hours they haven't gotten back to you? One post in thousands? Wow.

    I have stuck to my plan, I have attempted to get help from Bungie for my issue, and I get ignored. My old plan is not working, new plan is to shit on the game, and send them back their piece of shit game.

  • BTW, if you read the context of my post, that is not me saying I am not going to contact bungie to get my issue resolved, that is what seems to be bungie's state of mind when it comes to customer support. Bungie gets their money, and says "-blam!- the customer, we don't need to address their issues". Maybe try reading the post a little more, and have some intelligence to realize the context of the post.

  • I remember when I was 9 in the early 90's, and I thought game companies cared about everyone. Then I grew up and realized they don't give a shit about you, and realized that is how companies work internally and externally. If you want the 1 on 1 interaction, buy an indie game that is still in development.
