It downloads with it looks in your settings it's the background picture

I can see it listed when I look in my download history (via computer or account management, as when I go "store -> download history"" it just has it labelled as TTK), but it's locked. What I'm wondering is why when others have already got it Could it be because I'm in the UK, or because I'm on PS3. When I ordered I didn't have £39.99, I went back to ensure there was £40 available in the wallet afterwards

I'm guessing it is locked until the 15th in the UK as I live there and am experiencing the exact same problem as you but on ps4.

I got the 39.99 as well and after downloading the theme was in my theme and as for weapons I can't download that till the 15th
