Go into Firefox. Clear your cache and try. If it still doesn't work, try opening a private browser in Firefox and seeing if you get it to work through that. Last suggestion would be to go to Xbox.com. Try signing in through xbox.com to your Microsoft Account and it should save the login when you go to Bungie.net.

It may be your ad-blocker. Set it to not completely off but stop trackers.
