Then why require a purchase of House of Wolves? Maybe completion of all base game and dlc endgame activities is required to begin the TTK storyline. That's frustrating though because folks would like to buy TTK for $40 and just pretend they shot Ghorns into Crota while a random from some lfg shanked him
