Rebalance. Reduce side to side aim assist and ability to change direction, but increase range slightly and increase vertical aim assist and put in new animations more like the reach mid air assassinations.

Oh god, yes please. Shoulder charge has been annoying to use since Vanilla.

Yeah it's the side to side aim assist that's bad about it. Aside from that it isn't all that powerful. Simply placing similar momentum limits like are on blink would be all it takes. Then finish rebalancing it as a line rush style attack. The sun breaker super version of this is what it should have been. Charge forward damaging all directly in your dash path.
