THIS should've been $20....Nobody would complain about it. Besides, you get a whole bunch of new features WITHOUT buying TTK, so you cant really include that as part of the expansion...

Edited by Reaga: 8/29/2015 2:52:16 AMBut will you get to play the new story elements? The new strikes? The new raid? The copy of Vanilla Destiny was $60 and I just proved that it is indeed worth 2/3rd's of the price of the original. While yes there will be features everyone can access there will be things that other will not be able to. For example, The Court of Oryx is yet another activity that will be available only to those that have the DLC.

you're forgeting that both expansions 1 and 2 were cut out of the vanilla game... do your math counting vanilla, expansion 1 and 2 content compared to TTK. Shave Babies All Day

That is not the point here. People are arguing that The Taken King is not worth $40 compared to the price of Vanilla Destiny, Which is $60. I have shown that The Taken King has at least the 2/3rd's of Vanilla's Content, thus meeting the requirement. You however seem to keep wanting to change the subject to fit your argument. Even if they were cut from the game, they are not the subject matter of the above discussion as they were not put into the the original game and therefore DO NOT count as the original/base game. It seems you are trying to provoke a negative comment, but that is not what will happen.

Just stating facts here, no need to get your panties in a bunch. Shave Babies All Day
