The people in foreign countries just should buy it from a U.S. Seller. If you remove the UK from the Amazon address it'll bring you to American Amazon and you will be able to buy it for the same prices as Americans

The game is region locked and you can only get the TTK Digital Edition from the SCEE PSN Store.

I actually don't think that would work u fortunately. I know with dvds, there is a code for different regions so dvds will only work with DVD players with that same code. My wife bought a DVD from Europe and it doesn't work on our DVD player, it tells you that the DVD is not compatable with this region. I did some research, and it is basically there to stop what you are saying to do, buying the discs from cheaper markets. Not sur ed if it's true for games c as well, but I wouldn't be surprised

Got the American MP on my Xbox and I'm in Europe. You just have to change your location in settings. It really is that easy.
